Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we'll be happy to provide you a refund.

Please write an email to shajjoux@gmail.com and return your order within 14 days of when the order was shipped to ensure a full refund back to the original payment method. The return label is to be purchased by the customer.

Returns are only accepted for products purchased from shajjoux.com. We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributors.
